Strong debut for Bruno Greiling: Podium finish in his first race with the new team

Muelsen, April 27, 2026. Young racing driver Bruno Greiling kicked off his first race event as team leader for the Arena E Sachsenring Junior Team with a strong result. During the first race weekend in Germany, the 14-year-old impressed in Muelsen with a consistent and strong performance, securing a podium finish right off the bat. In doing so, Greiling not only made a successful debut with his new team but also claimed his first podium finish in the new colors.

In qualifying, Greiling demonstrated his speed early on and secured the second grid position. In both heats, he confirmed his strong starting position with third-place finishes in each, immediately establishing himself among the field's top contenders. The Superheat then served as proof of his mental strength: After an incident in the first corner, Greiling had to swerve, leaving the track and falling far behind. Nevertheless, he fought his way back to eighth place with an impressive comeback and was listed as seventh in the final standings.

Greiling also demonstrated his class in the final. Starting from fourth on the grid, he held his own in the tight starting pack after the first corner and quickly worked his way up to third place. At the front, the three leaders pulled away from the rest of the field early on and ultimately crossed the finish line within just 0.7 seconds of each other. For Greiling, this resulted in a strong third-place finish and an overall convincing debut with the new team.

With this result, Bruno Greiling currently holds second place in the championship, just ten points behind the leader. For the Arena E Sachsenring Junior Team, this season opener is a clear signal that the new rider has already made a strong sporting impact in their very first race together.
