FRINGE - In the best of all possible worlds - 09.11.2023 | FRANK FLUEGEL GALERIE

FRANK FLUEGEL GALERIE with locations in Nuremberg/Germany and Kitzbuehel/Austria is pleased to present a new show with international acclaimed artist FRINGE.
The show "In the best of all possible worlds" will open november 9th 2023 at 7:00 PM at the gallery in Nuremberg / Germany. On view will be several new paintings, all done by FRINGE the Artist.
Undoubtedly the reigning champion of South African pop art, Fringe's artistic prowess shines through his captivating paintings on canvas and his intricately crafted figurative plastic and bronze sculptures. His journey is a fusion of prolific creativity and well-timed solo exhibitions that have
propelled his distinctive series to the forefront.

The globe, has witnessed the resounding success of thirteen major solo exhibitions, all of which saw a complete sell-out of his captivating pieces.

Born to planet earth, in the late 70's, we believe that Fringe transitioned from a background in graphic design to the realm of fine art. It was possibly this shift that allowed him to seamlessly blend branding symbols with thought-provoking imagery, resulting in multimedia creations and
sculptures that resonate.

What defines Fringe's trajectory is his unceasing evolution, is that each of his exhibitions stands as a testament to his growth as an artist, with every showcase offering a unique and unprecedented experience. The breadth of his artistic discipline encompasses the application of oils on canvas, the harmonious fusion of mixed media, and the creation of striking sculptures using both resin and bronze.

We are proud to present an other jaw-dropping Streetart Show at the Gallery space says Frank Fluegel, the owner of the eponymous gallery.

FRINGE the artist proclaims:
"When the aliens make contact lI be rooting for humanity, and not the other side. One hopes it won't be an either/or situation, but if it is I want to embrace the change, without giving up on my life.
News is that ufologists (folks who study UFOs) say it's just a matter of time before the aliens come forward. And one hopes that Google Translate will be available to give us a nuanced version of alien words. Otherwise what's the point of human evolution?
I'm not expecting a parade of alien supermodels. And I guess they aren't either.
In the queue at Home Affairs everyone looks exhausted. These are people who need passports to travel on this planet only. So you can imagine how complex the visa requirements are going to be when creatures start arriving from other worlds. Home Affairs is just not going to cope."

"The new exhibition in Germany is called In The Best of all Possible Worlds. There are millions of those, and in our hearts I'm damn sure we hope and pray that they will be something like ours. Pictures mirror the possibilities. And the possibilities mirror the craving in our hearts."

FRANK FLUEGEL GALERIE with locations in Nuremberg and Kitzbuehel has been focused on high quality originals of pop art, street art and contemporary art for over twenty years.
The art collector will find original artworks, graphics and one-of-a-kind pieces by hip artists such as Adam Handler, Alex Katz, David Shrigley, Kenny Scharf, Hunt Slonem, Orit Fuchs, Nathan Paddison, Fanny Brodar, Mel Ramos, Roy Lichtenstein, Andy Warhol or Julian Opie at fair market prices.
Of course, editions and prints by highly sought-after artists such as Harland Miller, Katherine Bernhardt, Tom Wesselmann, Sean Scully, Gerhard Richter, Ross Bleckner, Allen Jones, Thomas Ruff, and Mel Bochner are also on sale. The artists David Gerstein, Peter Doig, Jeff Koons, Tracey Emin, Raqib Shaw, Derrick Adams and Robert Longo, who are popular with collectors worldwide, are also represented in the portfolio of the internationally renowned gallery.
The rapidly growing segment of street art is perfectly completed by successful artists such as Mr. Brainwash (Thierry Guetta), XOOOOX, Punk Me Tender, BAMBI, Fringe Southafrica, Max Mavior or John Crash Matos.

Of course, the owner-run gallery also has design objects and vintage furniture by Maurizio Cattelan, Paul Smith, Richard Orlinski, Philippe Starck or Pierre Jeanerette for sale.
Exhibitions are held in regular rotation in the centrally located gallery spaces in Nuremberg and Kitzbuehel. In the unique online store, collectors can buy the artworks around the clock. International fair participations and solo shows complete the program of the renowned gallery.
Many of the artworks on offer can be bought and taken away by the collector immediately during a visit on site, as they are in stock. Some artists can be expected to increase in price due to high demand. Works can rise in price (this development in value is quite desirable for the investor) and old prices can lose their validity.
