The Executive Centre Opens Serviced Office Centre in Nexxus Building, Central Hong Kong

The Executive Centre, Asia’s leading premium serviced office provider, launched its seventh business centre in Hong Kong at Nexxus Building, the newest landmark business address in central Hong Kong. The new 19,693 square-foot centre is located on the 15th and 16th floors of Nexxus Building, and contains 197 workstations, two meeting rooms, and three boardrooms equipped with the latest in video conferencing technology.

The opening of The Executive Centre at Nexxus Building has been highly anticipated, evidenced by a 60% occupancy rate it achieved prior to opening. “This affirms the confidence that our clients have in the quality of the services, facilities, and workplace environments that we provide, and the degree to which we make our clients’ daily operations run seamlessly.” said Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Paul Salnikow.

Salnikow also commented on the significance of The Executive Centre’s expansion in Hong Kong in 2008. “With the opening of two new serviced office centres in Hong Kong in the fourth quarter of 2008, we at The Executive Centre continue to show our commitment to providing our clients with a network of the very best landmark business locations in Hong Kong and Asia.”

The Executive Centre -- renowned for its modern, contemporary, and ergonomic workplace environments, as well as for the high quality of business support services it provides -- expands its already substantial presence in Hong Kong with a seventh serviced office centre in Nexxus Building. The group opened its sixth business centre at One Island East in October, which itself achieved a 45% occupancy rate prior to opening. “With every centre we add, The Executive Centre expands its capacity to serve the business interests of its clients, both locally, regionally and internationally.” said James Lee, Regional Director.

Nexxus Building is a Grade-A office tower strategically located in central Hong Kong, with immediate access to the Hang Seng Bank building, Exchange Square, International Finance Centre (IFC), Central MTR station, and five-star hotels such as the Mandarin Oriental and The Landmark Mandarin Oriental. Nexxus Building is also accessible to the Midlevels escalator leading to Lan Kwai Fong and Soho - Hong Kong's leading entertainment district.

With an avant-garde interior office design and fully equipped with the latest I.T. infrastructure, Polycom communications system, videoconferencing facilities, ergonomic executive modular furniture and Herman Miller workchairs, The Executive Centre continues to provide the most flexible and dynamic workplace solutions for entrepreneurs, small and medium enterprises, and multinational corporations in Asia.
