The Executive Centre Launches 10 Serviced Office Centres in Asia-Pacific

The Executive Centre, Asia’s leading premium serviced office provider, expanded rapidly in 2008, with ten premium serviced office centres in key cities in China, Hong Kong, India and Australia.

The group opened its fourth centre in Shanghai on the 12th floor of Chong Hing Finance Center on Nanjing West Road overlooking People’s Square, JW Marriot and Le Royal Meridien. In Beijing, it opened its third centre, on Level 15 Yintai Office Tower in Chaoyang District, near Park Hyatt Beijing and the St. Regis. The Executive Centre also became the first serviced office operator to establish a presence in Tianjin, as it opened a state-of-the-art centre in Tianjin Central Business District on the 29th floor of Exchange Tower 2, conveniently connected to Hotel Nikko and Yinkoudao Metro Interchange Station.

The Executive Centre was also responsive to the demands of international business in Southern China, as it opened new centres in Macau, Shenzhen, and Guangzhou in June 2008. The Executive Centre was the first international serviced office operator to establish a presence in Macau, with an ultra-chic business centre on the 20th floor of AIA Tower. The new centre is strategically located in the heart of Macau’s financial district, near the Macau Government Headquarters, Portuguese Consulate, Hotel Lisboa and MGM Grand. In Pearl River Delta, the group opened a centre in Shenzhen’s new financial area, Futian District, on the 15th floor of Kerry Plaza Tower 2, next to the Shangri-La Hotel and near Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Centre. Capping off its expansion into Southern China was a centre in Guangzhou’s Tianhe District, on Level 10 of the prestigious Skyfame Tower-- the same complex as Guangzhou Westin.

2008 was also exciting for The Executive Centre because it made its first foray into India, with the opening of an innovative new business centre in Mumbai in September. The centre—one of the most beautifully designed to date-- is on the 2nd floor of Kalpataru Synegry, which is located opposite the Grand Hyatt Mumbai Santacruz, and only minutes away from Bandra Kurla Financial District. September also marked the opening of The Executive Centre’s second serviced office in Sydney, with a facility on 32nd and 33rd floor of Australia Square. Rounding off The Executive Centre’s expansion in 2008 was the launch of two new facilities in Hong Kong, on the 23rd floor of One Island East, and on the 15th and 16th floor of Nexxus Building.
