The Executive Centre's Serviced Offices in Singapore Integrate Security System Network

The Executive Centre's Serviced Offices in Singapore Integrate Security System Network

With a network of 30 serviced office centres in landmark buildings and prime financial districts across the Asia-Pacific, The Executive Centre has assisted thousands of multinational corporations and small and medium enterprises with their serviced office, virtual office, workspace and business support requirements. Though it has long been regarded as a leader in office aesthetics and support services, The Executive Centre’s newest serviced office centre at One Raffles Quay in Singapore has gotten the attention of businesses for the high level of security it guarantees its clients.

The safety, security, and confidentiality of files and personal belongings is paramount to all businesses, and The Executive Centre has taken industry-leading steps to assure that its clients’ assets are secure, by working with network security giant SALTO Systems to arm its business centres with high-tech security infrastructure.

As Chatham elaborates, “To ensure security is not compromised at any of our centres, The Executive Centre works with SALTO Systems to install their latest i-Button electronic locks system that provides 24/7 security and full audit trail monitoring.” The system stores user related access information in an encrypted format on the ID carrier, allowing the i-Button keyfobs and locks to be updated, restricted, or cancelled at will. This means The Executive Centre has the ability to immediately cancel an i-Button fob from its security system, should a client lose it or have it stolen. These internal security measures are in addition to the already high security standards of the buildings in which the serviced office centres are located, all of which have security guards on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The sound security, coupled with top notch facilities, have drawn companies to The Executive Centre’s serviced offices in Singapore. “The Executive Centre stays committed to providing the best-in-class workplace facilities, integrated security networks and service excellence. This gives our clients peace-of-mind -- and that is why they choose us as their trusted business partner,” said Chatham.
