The Executive Centre Integrates Security Network into Mumbai Serviced Office Centre

This means The Executive Centre has the ability to immediately cancel an i-Button fob from its security system, should a client lose it or have it stolen. These internal security measures are in addition to the already high security standards of the buildings in which the centres are located, all of which have security guards on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The Executive Centre’s newest facility in Mumbai, located at the Kalpataru Synergy building in Santa Cruz, has additional security precautions in place. Besides utilizing the latest i-button technology within its premises, and having guards on duty 24/7, there are also stringent visitor pass procedures and two vehicle checkpoints. Visitors are allowed to enter the building only with valid security passes, which are obtained when exchanged for their personal identity cards, and which must be worn at all times. All vehicles to Kalpataru Synergy are searched at two checkpoints – once at the road entrance and the second at the gate where all baggage or packages are opened for thorough inspection.
