Lorentz delivers 60 pump systems for a UNDP project in Panama

The pump systems PS200 HR-07 will pump water from 25 m deep wells. On sunny days the flow rate will be as high as 12 liters/minute. The electric power is provided by a solar-generator of 150 Wp. The pumps will be deployed for livestock watering. The farmers in the project will provide storage tanks, mounted 5.0 m high, to allow gravity flow water distribution without any further equipment.
The programme is a pilot project by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in co-operation with Panama's MIDA (Ministerio de Desarrollo Agropecuario, Ministry for Agriculture).
