LeasePlan expands and leases 1,500 m² in ARCUS

LeasePlan Deutschland GmbH is expanding. The headquarters in Neuss has now taken a lease on an additional ca. 1,500 m² of office space in the ARCUS building. The move is planned for August of this year. Colliers Trombello Kölbel Immobilienconsulting GmbH was appointed with a sole marketing instruction to act as consultant and estate agent.

The ARCUS building in the office and services centre Neuss-Hammfeld, built in the year 1993, contains ca. 12,800 m² of lettable space on 10 floors. The bow-shaped floor layout gave this detached building its name. The owner of the property is German Acorn Real Estate GmbH.

German Acorn Real Estate GmbH is the German platform of the US American investor Oaktree Capital Management. The company takes over the function of owner for the German commercial property portfolio of the fund managed by Oaktree Capital Management and will in future also control the new acquisitions. At present German Acorn manages property assets of around 1.7 billion euros.

LeasePlan Deutschland GmbH was founded in 1973 and is a subsidiary company of the internationally operating group of companies LeasePlan Corporation N. V. The company offers a comprehensive range of services for fleets of company cars via the financial leasing of company vehicles through to the complete management and consultancy services for car fleets. There are a total of 300 employees working in the headquarters in Neuss and in the branch offices in Hamburg, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Munich and in the Berlin office.
