German honey from Ahrens Beekeeping receives several awards at the Eurobee Honey Award!

Heather honey and sunflower honey from Ahrens Beekeeping German Honey awarded gold ( (C) Ahrens Beekeeping German Honey)
The sunflower honey and the heather honey from the Ahrens apiary were awarded gold and are therefore the best honeys from Germany in their category. And the acacia honey from the Ahrens apiary received the bronze medal and is therefore one of the best German honeys in the acacia honey category.
About the Eurobee Honey Award
"Honey. Heart. Craft.
We award prizes to the best honeys
The Eurobee Honey Award 2025 is all about what counts: Real quality in a jar. Honeys from Germany are produced with great dedication and expertise in great variety and very good quality. In times of honey adulteration and dumping prices, product diversity and product quality receive little attention. And commercial beekeepers in particular are under increasing pressure to market their honey. It is time to bring the outstanding quality of German honey and its variety of flavors back into focus. Until now, however, there has been no national competition to make this visible and award prizes.
Honeys that are worth their price
The Eurobee Honey Award focuses on the quality of our German honey."
Master beekeeper Klaus Ahrens from the beekeeping company Ahrens Deutscher Honig is particularly pleased about the multiple award, as it is a sign of the high craftsmanship and the consistently excellent quality across different types of honey. This traditional craftsmanship is passed on by master beekeeper Klaus Ahrens to his son Jonas Ahrens, who has completed his apprenticeship in his parents' company and has been working with them for years and would like to continue the beekeeping company Ahrens Deutscher Honig later.

? About us - Beekeeping Ahrens German honey
Tradition since 1910 - that's what Ahrens Beekeeping German Honey stands for. For over a century we have been passionately dedicated to beekeeping and the production of genuine, natural German honey.
Today, the family business is run by master beekeeper Klaus Ahrens, who is the third generation to carry on the trade with great expertise and love for his bees. His son Jonas Ahrens trained in his parents' business and will continue the beekeeping with the same dedication in the future - in keeping with the family tradition.
Our bees are kept in selected, natural locations where they collect nectar from a wide variety of flowers. This results in honeys full of character and pure varieties that reflect the special features of our homeland.
We work close to nature, sustainably and with respect for the bees. Every honey is carefully harvested, cold extracted and bottled in its natural state - for an unadulterated taste experience.
Imkerei Ahrens - German honey with history, heart and future.
Regional. Natural. Honest.
