Beekeeping Ahrens Deutscher Honig welcomes the fall with a special jewel from the heart of northern Germany: fresh heather honey from the heather region of the southern heath. Family-run for over 115 years, the Ahrens apiary stands for honest, regional products "from German honey" - pure nature, carefully processed and brought directly from the beehive into jars.

The heather honey from the Ahrens German honey apiary is characterized by an intense amber-brown color, a fine nutty aroma and a mildly sweet note. The regional conditions of the heath, the nectar sources of the heather and the careful care of the bees make one of Germany's most distinctive types of honey possible: authentic, natural and sustainable.

What makes the heather honey from Imkerei Ahrens Deutscher Honig special?

* Origin: Heath area of the S?dheide, Germany - processed directly by the beekeeper.
* Quality: natural and gently sieved
* Sustainability: traditional beekeeping, focus on bee health, support for local producers.
* Variety: other varieties such as rape honey, acacia honey, forest honey and many more are also available - all of German origin.

Distribution channel: Fresh heather honey from the Ahrens apiary is available in the company store in M?den/?rtze, at weekly markets in Hanover and can be ordered online in the practical store. Direct delivery to private customers ensures that every jar of honey makes the shortest possible journey from the bee colony to the household.

Objective: With this heather honey, we want to raise consumer awareness of regional German honey and create transparency about its origin, production and sustainability.

Quotes: "Our heather honey reflects the unique flair of the S?dheide - honest, regional and with the full flavor of the heather plants." - Owner of Imkerei Ahrens "We believe in transparency: from the beehive to the jar - German honey, sustainably produced." - Beekeeping team
