Germany offers an impressive range of honey varieties, which are characterized by the different flowers and landscapes. Particularly well-known are
Rapeseed honey: With its mild, sweet taste, rapeseed honey is a popular choice. It is mainly produced in the fertile fields of the North German Plain and is ideal for the breakfast table.
Acacia honey: This light-colored honey is characterized by its delicate sweetness and clear consistency. It comes from the blossoms of acacia trees, which grow mainly in more southerly regions.
Blossom honey: A collective term for honeys made from different types of blossom. It offers a wide range of flavors and is particularly popular with honey lovers.
