Despite receiving the full address and directions, no inspectors ever appeared. Multiple requests for their contact details and official identification were ignored, raising serious concerns about the legitimacy of the transaction.
Mr. Cheng Kai has been identified as the manipulator and instigator behind this fraudulent activity. His actions have resulted in financial damages exceeding USD $10,000 in transportation expenses, while failing to provide payment or any evidence of genuine business intent. Four container numbers were officially shared with him via the MSC.com portal, yet he refused to honor payment and instead requested shipment without funds - a clear attempt to defraud Duty Free Zone Inc.
