DUTY FREE ZONE INC Files Official Complaint Against OCEANUS GROUP in Singapore Over Breach of Commitment
Miami, FL - June 26, 2025 - Duty Free Zone Inc., a U.S.-based company headquartered in Florida, has announced that it is filing an official complaint with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) of Singapore against OCEANUS GROUP LTD, a publicly traded company listed on the Singapore Exchange.This action follows repeated failures by Anthia Liu (anthia_liu@seasongt.com) and Daphne Lim (daphne_lim@oceanus.com.sg), both representatives of OCEANUS, to honor clear and documented commercial commitments made to Duty Free Zone Inc.
The formal claim will be submitted to:

As OCEANUS is a public entity accountable to shareholders and regulatory oversight, Duty Free Zone Inc. will also be notifying the Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX) of these failures and the potential financial and reputational risks associated with such misconduct.
"Duty Free Zone Inc. has acted in good faith throughout this process. We regret being forced into legal action, but we cannot allow this breach to go unchallenged," said a spokesperson for the company.
