For flexible use in many different measurement applications, communication between Delphin data loggers and third-party ICA technology is possible using standard protocols. The communication interfaces in Delphin ProfiSignal software and hardware provide a multitude of options for exchanging data. Driver Development:

The following standard protocols are already included within Delphin devices:
• PROFIBUS DP slave (also redundant)
• Modbus TCP client/server
• Modbus RTU master/slave
• CAN-RAW
It’s easy for users to set these standard interfaces and to work with the ProfiSignal software.

Many system integrators offer equipment with interfaces which use special protocols for exchanging data. However, Delphin also offers to develop special drivers for your device. These special drivers can be installed via the hardware’s serial interfaces and also with via PC interfaces. They are then integrated into the DataService as DLL files and can send/receive your data via the individual channels. You can use the drivers in ProfiSignal in the same way as channels from Delphin devices.

Data Logger / Data Acquisition Systems
