New XH10 and XH11 data loggers from Brainchild
A standout feature of the XHLogger series is its exceptional storage capacity. While typical data loggers store between 20,000 and 60,000 data points, the XH10 and XH11 can record up to 79,000 temperature and humidity data points per trip, with a total storage capacity of up to 100 trips or 200,192 data points. This extended capacity is particularly crucial for long-duration shipments, such as sea freight, which can take several weeks, including customs processing. Detailed tracking of environmental conditions throughout the journey ensures that refrigerated goods remain within safe temperature ranges, effectively managing quality and safety.
Extended battery life is another significant advantage. Under normal use, the battery life of the XH10 and XH11 can exceed one year. This is especially important for monitoring temperature-sensitive products like medical supplies, where incomplete temperature records could lead to incorrect assessments of drug quality, thereby compromising medical efficacy.

Mean Kinetic Temperature (MKT) Calculation: Automatic calculation of MKT predicts the cumulative effect of temperature fluctuations for perishable goods and pharmaceutical applications.
External Sensor: The XH11 model features an external sensor that can be placed inside insulated containers, allowing temperature and humidity to be monitored without opening the container.
Alarm Function: The alarm function automatically records any abnormal temperature and humidity conditions and, when combined with MKT values, helps quality control personnel promptly address issues, ensuring product quality.
Automatic PDF Report Generation: Automatic generation of a PDF report of the last recorded data period makes it easy for receiving inspectors to review transportation conditions without the need for additional software.
Adjustable Recording Intervals: Adjustable recording intervals from seconds to hours accommodate various recording needs and shipment durations.
The XHLogger comes with user-friendly DLV software, which allows quick setup of the logger, as well as data download and analysis, including the ability to plot multiple data sets simultaneously.
