Würzburg Academy certifies 17 empowerment coaches

Under the direction of Dipl.-Psych. Christoph Schalk, founder and director of WAEC, the participants underwent an innovative training concept. After the first of a total of seven modules, the prospective coaches were already able to conduct complete coaching sessions with real clients. Over the course of the year, their skills were continuously deepened and expanded.
A special feature of the training is the cooperation with companies throughout Germany. Through this cooperation, the participants had the opportunity to apply their acquired knowledge directly in practice and to coach around 80 trainees and employees of these companies during their training period.
WAEC can look back on many years of experience in the training of coaches. Since it was founded in 1999 (under a different name at the time), the academy has offered both in-house and open training courses, which take place hybrid, online and in person.
"We are proud to have accompanied our participants on their way to becoming professional empowerment coaches," says Christoph Schalk. "Thanks to the practical training and collaboration with companies, they are ideally prepared to support and encourage people in professional and private challenges."

The Würzburg Academy for Empowerment Coaching has been training coaches for 25 years. It offers in-house training for companies as well as open coach training for everyone. Its founder and director, psychologist Christoph Schalk, has over 30 years of experience as a coach.
