Adventist Education in India Featured Zombies, Werewolves,

"Satan is continually seeking to overcome the people of God by breaking down the barriers which separate them from the world" (Great Controversy, p. 508).

Hume McHenry Memorial High School is an educational entity of the Western India Union of Seventh-day Adventists. On January 23-24, 2024, this school hosted a song and dance show that featured worldly styles of dancing that included zombies and werewolves. Werewolves and zombies are creatures of horror and are typically associated with the occult and demonic activities. In fact, zombies are supposed to be dead corpses that still have consciousness. With the eerie music and dark atmosphere, our Seventh-day Adventist school recreated the night of the living dead. The original video was posted by Hume McHenry Memorial High School.

My brothers, this is exactly how our educational systems are being corrupted, including the youth, our educators and our parents. These are the means by which Satan will condemn our people straight into hell. As you know, our great adversary wants to bring spiritualism back to life to such an extent that he will force everyone to be under his control. We have been warned that this type of thing would happen.

"From the days of Adam to our own time, our great enemy has been exercising his power to oppress and destroy. He is now preparing for his last campaign against the church" (Great Controversy, p. 510).

What you will see in the video is not Adventism; it's pure paganism that exalts the prince of darkness himself. Furthermore, the fact that these occult exhibitions are occurring within Adventist institutions will only make our condemnation more certain because Satan's method of deceiving us involves blending truth with error, causing us to think that this can't be all wrong. But make no mistake, the Bible condemns anyone who is involved with divination, familiar spirits, wizardry, witchcraft, and sorcery (Deuteronomy 18:10-12). The Apostle Paul compared the work of sorcery (witchcraft) to the works of the flesh, and he clearly taught that those who engage in these arts will be left out of the kingdom of heaven (Galatians 5:19-21).

God has shown us through inspiration that if we do not keep our time, talents, and education under His control, they will become a snare and a curse instead of a blessing. This is precisely what is happening to us now. The rise of spiritualism, even within our ranks, is just another indication that we are nearing the end of all things.

"The tempter often works most successfully through those who are least suspected of being under his control. The possessors of talent and education are admired and honored, as if these qualities could atone for the absence of the fear of God, or entitle men to his favor. Talent and culture, considered in themselves, are gifts of God; but when these are made to supply the place of piety, when, instead of bringing the soul nearer to God, they lead away from him, then they become a curse and a snare" (Great Controversy, p. 509).

The Western India Union's President, Pastor Ujwal Kandane, can be reached at the following email: presidentofwiu@gmail.com Kindly urge him to put an end to the widespread destruction of our youth.

Let Us Stop Avoiding the Real Issues
Let Us Stop Avoiding the Real Issues
As the 2025 General Conference Session convenes, with believers from around the world watching and praying, there is an unmistakable sense of frustration among many of the faithful. While we will be given lectures about returning our tithes and offerings-as outlined in the proposed 2025 Church Manual agenda-we must ask ourselves: is this truly the burning concern on the hearts of God's remnant people at this critical hour in history? The

While walking down the hallway at the America's Center Convention Complex-the site of the 62nd General Conference Session-I saw Ganoune Diop approaching. Knowing how busy church leaders are during these sessions, I asked if he had time to answer just one question. He stopped to look at me, and I asked him directly, "Why don't you preach the Three Angels' Messages? Why do you only preach Jesus?" As he began

Ghostface Horror Character in an Adventist Pulpit
Galatians 5:9 states unequivocally, "A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump," a warning against permitting even minor instances of biblical compromise. In other words, if small negative influences are allowed to spread, they will eventually corrupt an entire movement. On March 17, 2024, Brother Fabio posted a video with the following caption in the Seventh-day Adventist News outlet Baluarte: "This dramatic scene that we are seeing occurred in an Adventist church located

Pride Month has become an international freak show that takes place in June and comes complete with nudity, debauchery, bondage, and sexual decadence-all aimed toward children. Bringing Disrepute to the Seventh-day Adventist Name
Ellen White talks about a class who bring "the name of Seventh-day Adventists into disrepute" (Testimonies, Vol. 2, p. 533). This is used to describe people who do things that harm or defame the Seventh-day Adventist name. It refers to acting in a way that is viewed as inappropriate or contrary to the standards of the name they are supposed to uphold. There are behaviors that ought to cause us
Penang Adventist Hospital Wishes you a Happy Deepavali
The celebration of Deepavali is associated with Lord Krishna, a major Hindu god. During the Deepavali festival, which usually lasts about 5 days, worshipers commemorate Lord Krishna’s victory over the cruel demon known as Narakasura. It is said that this demon oppressed the people until the people prayed to Krishna, who responded by killing Narakasura during a battle. Therefore, Deepavali commemorates Krishna defeating Narakasura. Now we have Penang Adventist Hospital,
