/ PR Agency: urbanbubble
Manchester, United Kingdom (3rd May, 2013) - urbanbubble, a leading provider of residential property management services, recently invested £75,000 into customer service-centric technology.

As part of their company's new technological investments, urbanbubble customers will now have convenientonline access to their service charge accounts, and will have the ability to make card payments online.

urbanbubble employees will also benefit from streamlined processes, and will be able to invest their time in adding value to the business where it may previously have been spent completing admin tasks.

In addition, urbanbubble has made a move to cloud computing, which will allow for the firm's entire IT network to be moved offsite to a host data-centre and enable access anywhere at anytime. On-going investment of over £12,000 per annum will provide dedicated IT support and with it, a more robust and flexible system that will support the company's growth plan.

To oversee the successful implementation of the new property management system, and further enhance the urbanbubble offering in the future, the company has appointed Andrea Thornhill as Change and Innovation Manager.

Michael Howard, owner of urbanbubble, comments: "I firmly believe that urbanbubble has achieved such success in our sector due to our long-standing commitment to continual innovation.

We were the first property management agent to introduce a web portal for our customers:'My urbanbubble', which contains all the information that landlords and residents could ever need to know, as well as providing a platform to report issues.

"The web portal proved extremely popular and showed us how keeping up to speed with technology allows us to offer a much better service. We refuse to rest on our laurels and will always be looking at what's next."

"The investment in the new property management system and cloud computing will help to further enhance the service that we provide, as well improvinggeneral office efficiency.

Michael concludes: "Innovation vital to growth and that is something we have ambitious plans for."
