Berlin, 28 August 2013 – For optivo, this year’s dmexco is taking place under the motto: “email marketing was never this easy”. The optivo® broadmail email marketing software allows even the most complex campaigns to be created with just a few clicks of the mouse thanks to an innovative mailing creation process. Moreover, this entirely new and comfortable method of campaign planning is also exceptionally effective: automated optimisation processes ensure an extremely high level of personalisation. Thanks to A/B tests that are automatically triggered by the system, split testing is made simpler than ever to generate even higher response rates. Besides intuitive handling, this innovation also impresses due to its special editing mode, which enables the simultaneous editing and display of all campaign content.

News also abounds in the area of interfaces. Whether for providing automated remarketing mails to shopping cart abandoners or product recommendations in real time: a diverse range of intelligent interfaces lets optivo® broadmail be easily combined with many relevant systems. This allows companies to reap significant rewards, as retargeting, recommendations and customer intelligence have never been this easy or readily available. There is also a special consulting service on offer for visitors to the optivo stand located at E031 to E033 in Hall 8: companies can have their campaigns assessed live and free of charge by optivo email marketing consultants. In addition, optivo Managing Director Ulf Richter will present the latest lifecycle marketing possibilities in a seminar held in German entitled “Individual & automated: email campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle” from 4:00 to 4:45pm on 19 September in Room 2 / Congress Centrum Nord.

The topic of data strategies and cross-channel automation as one of the key challenges for the digital economy not only preoccupies the makers of dmexco, the subject area also plays an important role for optivo. It is one of the reasons for the entirely new and innovative campaign planning functions in optivo® broadmail. Successful campaigns can be simply initiated with a few clicks of the mouse thanks to being template based. Automated A/B tests employing a highly efficient split module allow success-critical email parameters to be easily evaluated. Following the dispatch of various mailing versions to small recipient groups, optivo® broadmail detects and sends the version boasting the highest performance. The response of recipients to various subject lines, differing graphical elements or varying dispatch times can all be compared. The anticipated recipient activity can also be calculated in advance for each individual campaign and planned for accordingly.
