International Business Awards: Customer Service & Marketing Automation at optivo receive distinctions

Berlin, 3 September 2014 – Email marketing specialist optivo has received two bronze awards at this year’s prestigious International Business Awards (www.stevieawards.com/iba). optivo stood out in the categories “Customer Service Department of the Year” and “New Products & Product Management”. The esteemed international jury thereby recognised the expertise and quality of both the company’s Customer Service ability as well as the optivo Marketing Automation functionality.
