Mirjam M. Müller: new Head of Corporate Communications

Hamburg, January 31, 2007 - Effective January 1, 2007, Mirjam Melanie Müller has been appointed Head of Corporate Communications for Körber PaperLink (KPL). Ms. Müller, a native of Switzerland, has worked for Corporate Communications at the Hamburg-based group since 2005.

In her new position she is responsible for internal and external communication, corporate identity, and marketing for KPL Holding. She also coordinates the common public relations activities of the Körber PaperLink companies. Ms. Müller reports directly to KPL CEO Martin Weickenmeier.

Ms. Müller has a degree in Public Relations from the Swiss Public Relations Institute. Before entering the machinery industry, she worked for several years as Head of Corporate Communications and Press Officer for various associations and companies in the pharmaceutical and insurance industries.

Ms. Müller succeeds Walter Tamarri who has taken over as Head of the Corporate Communications / PR Department of Fabio Perini S.p.A. in Lucca, Italy. Mr. Tamarri will help emphasize Fabio Perini's leading role for the global Tissue business of KPL.
