The Harry Potter franchise has had an astonishing cultural impact with an enormous following of dedicated fans since the release of the first book in 1997 and since then has become a film icon. The Harry Potter books were soon released into films, with The Philosopher’s Stone released in 2001 with the film franchise grossing more than $5.4billion.
The first part of the seventh film in the saga, Harry potter and the Deathly Hallows will be released November 2010 with the second part to be released in July 2011.
