Herzogenaurach, 09/09/2009 – WeWebU, provider of Enterprise Information Management (EIM) standard software, announces the change of its corporate form to a stock corporation (Aktiengesellschaft, AG). Since September 2, 2009, it has been registered as WeWebU Software AG in the trade register. With this significant step, WeWebU supports its growth strategy and adapts its business organization to the growing market for EIM standard software.

During the past few years, WeWebU has achieved an excellent international reputation and recognizes a growing demand for its solutions on the market. “In spite of the financial crisis, all signs point to growth in the field of EIM standard software. Changing into a stock corporation and adapting our business organization, we lay the foundations for taking our corporation’s future chances in the best way,” states Stefan Waldhauser, CEO and President of the Managing Board of WeWebU Software AG.

“Additionally, we will reinforce our Sales department and intensify existing successful business relationships with IBM and other partners in the coming months. At the same time, we tap new customers and cooperation opportunities by expanding our product portfolio with adapters for open standards like CMIS and JCR. Our new slogan “WeWebU Software AG – Unifying Your Enterprise Information” emphasizes this increased ambition,” he adds.
