WiFi Temperature Data Loggers Make HACCP Compliance Easy!
CHESTERLAND, OH—January 23, 2018

Do you need to write a HACCP plan for:
• A restaurant?
• A food manufacturing plant or factory?
• A school cafeteria?
• A nursing home?
• Your clients in Food & Beverage?

To prevent food product recalls, manufacturers and restaurants are now required to prove and document the temperature and/or humidity of their food storage to prove that their products are safe from spoiling or microbial contamination.

For HACCP compliance applications, T&D Wireless Temperature Dataloggers are ideal to achieve HACCP validation as part of a comprehensive HACCP plan and implementation. With T&D’s automated data collection and cloud storage, it’s easier than ever to pass audits and avoid recalls!

At CAS DataLoggers we’re a leading datalogger distributor offering T&D’s temperature monitoring solutions for your food safety application. Give us a call at (800) 956-4437 or visit our website today at www.dataloggerinc.com.

Deployable Anywhere You Need:
• Refrigerators and freezers
• Meat stored in deli freezers and meat lockers
• Milk and dairy storage units
• Cheese aging rooms
• Seafood and fresh fish serving areas
• And more!

Help Avoid Recalls with HACCP Compliance Solutions:
HACCP stresses food safety by placing the emphasis on prevention rather than remediation. This means that Food & Beverage companies and organizations are now responsible for documenting their product’s temperatures and also for setting alarms in case of unsafe conditions.

T&D’s bestselling wireless temperature monitoring systems can help you to prove your best practices in accordance with your written HACCP preventive controls plan. They’re an effective way to avoid product recalls or even suspension! T&D HACCP compliance solutions are easy to use, log temperature on their own, and are built to last even in hazardous environments.

Automated Solution Benefits:
• Data loggers record the temperature of your Food & Beverage product 24/7
• Full electronic documentation as part of HACCP compliance
• Instant email alarms whenever your product is at risk
• Temperature data auto-uploaded to T&D’s FREE Cloud Storage Service
• Present the temperature data to auditors in the form of charts and tables.

TR-7wf Wireless Series:
T&D’s new TR-7wf wireless series are 2-channel WiFi thermo recorders with built-in wireless communication. Using Access Point mode, you can view recorded data directly from your smartphone or tablet without a network.

The dataloggers operate in standalone mode on battery power using a pair of AA Alkaline Batteries. The unit’s LCD display shows the most recent temperature measurements along with a low-battery warning icon. Users can record temperature in either °C or °F.

The logger’s external temperature sensors will accurately measure the inside of a refrigerator or freezer while keeping the datalogger safe outside the unit. T&D temperature monitors are ideal for monitoring temperature in a pair of distributed storage units or at two separate points in a room. Sensor cable extensions are also available.

If you need to log relative humidity too, T&D’s combination WiFi Temperature & Humidity data logger uses a channel for temperature and a second channel recording the percentage of relative humidity.
Free Cloud Storage Makes Audits Painless!

Using T&D’s FREE Cloud WebStorage Service, it’s easy to view data and receive alarms no matter where you are, all from your mobile device or a PC! The Online Cloud WebStorage Service is perfect for processing and managing data recorded in remote places and for allowing auditors and other parties to view the same temperature data whenever they need. It’s a convenient way to keep tabs on temperature and to have the data ready to show inspectors.
