SMIITY Susa Valley is “online”
Valle Susa Heritage is a branded app that uses the SMIITY ecosystem. In this way there is a specific and customized app from the Susa Valley region and simultaneously all contents related to the region are also available in the SMIITY app.
Valle Susa Heritage allows the citizen or tourist to access news, events, trails and points of interest in the Italian region of Susa Valley, in the language of the user's smartphone. Like SMIITY, the app interacts with Beacons, small signal emitters that "communicate" with mobile devices by Bluetooth.
Valle Susa Heritage also has a Visual Assistant that uses the text-to-speech tool to transform text in audio, thus discarding the use of additional equipment. A tool that is also very inclusive, especially among the blind community.
This app has interactive maps, that group points of interest in categories to facilitate the search, such as Transportation, Services, Castles and Forts, Parks, Churches and Monasteries, Pharmacies, Exhibitions, Archeological Sites, Accommodation, and much more.
