Compumatica presents new technology for secured encryption

Aachen, February 16th, 2009.- In times of mobile working mobile communication devices are employed more and more. That is why the demand for an encryption technology which ideally protects this communication grows. Compumatica secure networks presents with Compumatica GSM an ultimate solution for secure encryption of voice and SMS communication.

The eavesdropping of mobile communication and the misuse of information coming along with that are the consequences of modern information technology and present a current problem for many business people. To obviate this misuse Compumatica secure networks developed the mobile communication device Compumatica GSM for mobile communication encryption. This product even complies with military and government specifications.

During the encryption process voice or message information is converted into data material and transferred to the receiver device in real-time. This one decrypts the data and rebuilds the original message by means of the very secure symmetric encryption algorithm AES256. Each crypto telephone is able to perform both encryption and decryption and thus offers the user the possibility to have calls which are protected against electronic eavesdropping.

The implementation of a new audio hardware also enables to completely avoid echo sounds and thus to reach a throughput quality equally to conventional calls. To employ Compumatica GSM devices no special knowledge is required: The easy and simultaneously effective handling characterizes the device. The user can configure the employed encryption key on his own and thus improve the secrecy.

The key is deposited at a password protected place. Furthermore, it is displayed in hash format on screen so that it can be kept a secret even in case of theft.

The unique combination of Compumatica GSM and the firewall system CompuWall also provides the opportunity for an encrypted connection to the firm net and secure processing of e-mails.
