Press release from: CLEAN

RALEIGH, N.C. (AUGUST 7, 2017) – Clean, an award-winning integrated branding agency, today congratulated three staffers on their acceptances into the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce’s annual professional development programs, Leadership Raleigh and Emerging Leaders. Associate Director of Business Development Dickens Sanchez, Associate Director of Account Management Lindsay Beavers, and Account Director Lera Germaine were chosen for this year’s classes, which honor both professional success and contributions to the community.

Dickens and Lindsay have been accepted to the 35 and 36 classes of Leadership Raleigh, respectively. During the nine-month program, participants gain a thorough understanding of community issues, develop skills necessary to assume senior leadership roles, network with peers and current community leaders, and participate in community service. Both women are senior members of Clean’s management team and support various non-profits and local professional development groups such as Wake Education Partnership, Artspace, the American Marketing Association, and Triangle Women’s Alliance.

Lera joins the Emerging Leaders program, designed for promising mid-career professionals to enhance their leadership skills by engaging with industry experts and experienced business leaders. Participants in the program visit companies and community sites to discuss topics such as professional development, work/life balance, and how to expand their skills for next-level career roles. In her role at Clean, Lera leads some of the agency’s top accounts, supervising all aspects of client relationships.

“These three women are indeed business leaders of tomorrow and serve as examples to us all,” said Clean CEO Natalie Perkins. “We love giving back here at Clean, and Lindsay, Dickens and Lera exemplify community spirit and dedication. We are honored to have all three of our nominees hand-picked for these valuable Triangle area programs.”
