“I am eager to participate in the Leadership Raleigh program,” says Katz. “It is an excellent opportunity to advance my skills, while working alongside some of the area’s emerging leaders.”

Leadership Raleigh is a nine-month program that prepares candidates to expand their leadership roles and engage in sustained community involvement. Throughout the program, Katz will work as part of a project team. The team will assist a community nonprofit that has requested help on a specific need.
