HR online launched by Cloud B2B Solutions

Human Resources professionals have a powerful new tool at their disposal with the launch of HR online – the private UK cloud-based personnel records system from Cloud B2B Solutions.

In place of traditional paper-based systems, HR online is an all-digital approach that stores and accesses files and data in the cloud – making them available at any time and from any location, ideal for multi-site operations. The Self-Service module lets staff complete Time Sheets, Holiday and Change of Details requests, saving line managers and HR staff valuable time and effort.

Security is a key feature: the package has undergone penetration testing (to CREST and TigerScheme standards) and meets the requirements of the UK Cyber Essentials scheme. Data are held and backed up in secure UK data centres.

Challenges of increasing regulation or company policy changes can be met immediately with traceable records. Confidentiality is assured through multiple levels of document access control. HR managers and their teams can record and manage all HR information, from recruitment through to employment, and even leavers, with all relevant documents instantly available.

Other features include an HR dashboard for upcoming tasks, recruitment support, timetabling for employee reviews, data export e.g. approved timesheet data that can be imported to a payroll system.

HR online has the same icon driven look and feel as other products in the B2B Cloud Solutions family of packages. This makes them especially easy to use, for staff of all levels. Video training is provided for each individual client, enabling a rapid start up process.

In common with the other packages in the family, HR online is scalable as a client’s needs grow, with customisation to fit individual company needs. Existing paper documents can be scanned, and electronic ones imported with the option to review or delete according to company policy.
