Jobbatical to co-host panel on “Working Around the World: How

Tallinn, Estonia – May 18, 2017 – Alina Basina, Head of HR at Jobbatical, will present a workshop on sourcing and hiring remote and distributed teams at Latitude 59 in Tallinn, Estonia.

Companies are dealing with a chronic talent shortage for skilled professionals worldwide. Building a globally competitive company in a networked age means you’re competing for the best people in the world. Talent is mobile. Employers will need to evolve and diversify their workforce as hiring shifts from local to global hiring. Alina will present how Jobbatical works with employers to hire distributed and remote workers as well as staffing and recruiting from abroad.

About Alina Basina:

Before joining Jobbatical, Alina worked at Google, Skype, Jobvite, Evernote and SK Planet in Silicon Valley. Prior to joining the tech industry, Alina worked as an attorney in California.

Alina’s presentation begins at 11am on May 25th. Alina will also be available to journalists in Estonia on May 25 in Tallinn, Estonia.
