Jobbatical continues to make it easier for hiring managers to source and evaluate applicants on our platform. Now we’ve implemented an easy to use rejection function with the option to use a template letter or personalized response to reject the candidate. As a hiring manager, it’s important to have the ability to quickly and easily respond to candidates. Jobbatical is known for giving employers access to a global community of developers, designers, and business professionals. Now with the rejection response built into the Jobbatical platform, recruiters can quickly reject candidates in a professional manner.

How the candidate rejection platform works on Jobbatical to save employers time
The default selection after moving a candidate into the reject stage of the selection process is, “No Message.” The candidate will know they’ve been rejected as our system notifies them they are no longer being considered when they check their application status.
On our platform, the “Template Message” has been created for you. You can add detail to the template, such as the candidate's name and your sign-off. A third option is a form for a customized, personal letter to the rejected candidates.
