Definiens and PCI Geomatics Announce Distribution Agreement

MORRISTOWN, NJ – APRIL 30, 2008 – Definiens, the number one Enterprise Image Intelligence™ company, today announced a product distribution agreement with PCI Geomatics, a leading developer of software and solutions for geospatial imaging applications. Under the terms of the agreement, PCI Geomatics will distribute Definiens’ renowned image analysis software for infrastructure planning, geo-intelligence, natural resource management and environmental monitoring in North America.

Combining Definiens Enterprise Image Intelligence Suite with its own Geomatica product offerings, PCI Geomatics offers earth science customers the most advanced and complete solutions for processing and interpreting digital image data. PCI Geomatics will be a source for all Definiens products in North America, and will provide technical support and services for deployed solutions.
