Painless PCI: HackerGuardian 7.0 Makes It Easier Than Ever to Meet PCI Scanning Requirements

Jersey City, NJ, October 15, 2008 - Comodo CA, Ltd. has released an enhanced version of its HackerGuardian vulnerability scanning service for online merchants, the company announced today.

As part of the Painless PCI initiative, HackerGuardian 7.0 makes it easier than ever for online merchants to meet Payment Card Industry (PCI) scanning requirements. It enhances centralized management and automation of scans. Users can better manage large compliance scanning needs with a new grouping system. Now users can logically segment the compliance scanning effort by grouping IPs and scanning them holistically.

Other areas of enhancement include improved false positive reporting and tracking, unrestricted queuing system, streamlined menu, and improved vulnerability reports.
