Outside of writing and speaking, Elaine champions the skilled trades industry - especially electrical, HVAC, and plumbing. She has started an electrical scholarship fund at her local community college and plans to relaunch her nonprofit, Miracles from Mainstream, in 2026. The nonprofit's mission is to provide essential equipment such as furnaces and water heaters to elderly and disabled residents in need.
Her leadership journey has also been one of personal discovery. By embracing her authentic personality rather than conforming to expectations, Elaine has found strength in vulnerability, authenticity, and truth - qualities she hopes to inspire in others.
