Elaine Lockard’s passion is to help entrepreneurs know and be in alignment with the power and energy of their true self. Elaine has spent the past 38 years in the business arena with vocations mostly in the service industry. She has owned businesses, worked for corporations, been a trainer, independent contractor, and consultant. She is also a Natural Intuitive who has studied and honed her gift over the past 25 years. Additionally, she is a Certified Coach, Certified Metaphysician, Certified Healing Practitioner, and registered Lightarian Ray Attunement Specialist. Elaine also earned a BA in Sociology from Christopher Newport University. Her extensive spiritual training includes Numerology, energy healing techniques, I Ching, Reiki, crystals, chakras, auras, channeling, and shamanic journeying. She is the author of the e-book “21 Ways to Ease Foot Pain,” based on her personal research to ease a chronic foot condition, and a contributor to various blogs and publications. As the caregiver to her family, Elaine understands deeply the commitment, dedication and perseverance needed to deal with and overcome daily obstacles. She brings many of these qualities of character to each and every coaching and mentoring opportunity.

Elaine attributes her success to her compassion and true interest in helping people as well as her natural networking and intuitive gifts. She became involved in her profession because coaching came naturally to her and allowed her to be of service to others. It also allowed her to utilize all her natural gifts as well as her vast business and life experiences in one profession.

Elaine is a member of the International Coach Federation and the International Association of Women in Business Coaching. In 1985, she served as President of the Peninsula Claims Association and was named Adjuster of the Year. That same year, she was also nominated for Virginia Adjuster of the Year. Two years prior, she served as Co-Chairman of the Virginia State Claims Association’s convention. Looking ahead, Elaine intends to continue to expand her business and develop new programs to assist her clients in their personal and business growth and development.
