The Finding Papa Movie Wins Official Selection Feature Documentary

Established in 2015, the Hollywood Independent Filmmaker Awards is an IMDb qualifying independent film competition geared toward independent filmmakers worldwide. The festival is committed to showcasing truly independent films and dedicated to finding those "hidden gems" that may otherwise be overlooked by the bigger festivals because of the lack of name recognition or budget.
The Finding Papa Movie is a part of Mouse and Weens Productions, a company started in 2018 with a podcast of the same name. Owners Joelle Eggold Kohn and Julianne Eggold started Mouse and Weens to bring a sense of community to the audience, while exploring fascinating human behavior through conversations and interviews. The mission to bring the feelings of understanding, friendship, learning, and joy, drives the company's values.
