The year 2024 has so far shown a rapid increase in corporate insolvencies.

New corporate insolvencies are reported in the business press practically every day. All sectors are affected. Online retailers, ski resorts, textile companies and even technology companies are not exempt.

There are problems at every point in the SME sector. Billions in company value are being destroyed. Employees are losing their jobs and therefore their income.

Especially in times like these, creditors have to think carefully about how much money they invest in order to realize at least a small proportion of their claims.

Expensive legal fees reduce the result for creditors.

In future, McJustice will provide an alternative to going to a lawyer. In most cases, no further legal advice is provided even when a lawyer represents you in the claim registration. In most cases, the form is submitted by the lawyers without providing the creditors with any further explanations. Years later, the creditors usually receive the money with a delay.

High costs due to representation by lawyers are pre-programmed by the Lawyers' Fees Act. The costs are based on the amount in dispute. The lawyer always receives his remuneration, regardless of the quota that is later paid out by the insolvency administrator.

It is precisely for this reason that filing a claim with the help of McJustice increases the economic sense of a creditor filing a claim.

McJustice is the new portal for creditors to register their claims without a lawyer. All for the low fixed price of 149.00 euros.

Both consumers and companies can use the service. The costs are independent of the amount in dispute.

At the end of the insolvency proceedings, the money is paid directly into your account.

The system guides the customer step by step through the complicated legal form. Interest is automatically calculated and entered by the system. At the end, there is also a sample letter to substantiate the claim, which must be attached to the application according to current BGH case law.

There is also a live chat so that any questions can be answered quickly and easily at any time.

We are convinced that many legal processes can be simplified in the digital age and handled without a lawyer. This eliminates the often difficult inhibition threshold of going to a lawyer.

In this way, access to justice becomes cheaper, simpler and faster - and possible for everyone. Our team consists of experienced lawyers who can look back on many years of professional experience and who have designed our system and continue to develop it on a daily basis.

In particular, the experience gained from many years of client relationships and their wishes regarding legal issues are taken into account. The core issues have always been the prospects of success, the costs and the time frame.

McJustice - the voice of insolvency creditors
Insolvency law is a complex topic in Germany. Creditors in insolvency are often overwhelmed by the many unanswered questions and complex issues. For this reason, many creditors take their claims to a lawyer. The lawyer incurs high costs, which are not economically worthwhile, especially for small claims. McJustice - 30% more insolvencies in 2024 - filing claims made easy
By June 2024, we will already have 30% more corporate insolvencies in Germany than in 2023, and the trend is rising. To be precise, 11,000 companies have already been affected so far, having to file for insolvency due to imminent insolvency or over-indebtedness. This is an alarming figure, especially because consumer insolvencies and freelancers are not even included in the data. In every insolvency, there are hundreds, sometimes thousands of creditors whose
