Golden DLG medal for the third time for the BIO rose liqueur from Bio Manufaktur Spitz

As a symbol of beauty and love, the rose has been a source of inspiration for art for centuries and its blossom is a symbol of vitality and joy. No other flower fascinates people as much as the rose. Its delicate floral fragrance pampers the senses and enchants our hearts. The rose has also taken root in the culinary world with its delicate aroma in Arabic, French and Indian cuisine. Spitz's organic rose liqueur was inspired by the legendary rose and boasts the sensual, natural aroma of the coveted fragrant rose.

Just like the flower itself, the organic rose liqueur appeals to our senses without words. In order to receive the internationally recognized award, the organic liqueur had to pass many tests. The declaration on the label in accordance with regulations, several laboratory tests and, last but not least, the important sensory testing by independent experts. This is where the decisive factor for the consumer is tested: the taste.

"The DLG tests spirits every year in elaborate procedures and supports distilleries with a neutral expert assessment to make the quality of their products visible," says DLG project manager Thomas Burkhardt.

There is a lot of experience in the organic spirits. Over the past 5 years, Bio Manufaktur Spitz has received 27 awards for its products at international tastings.
