Bio Manufaktur Spitz has used only ingredients from controlled organic cultivation for its new organic rhubarb liqueur. The organic liqueur consists of 50% organic rhubarb juice.
"Our new organic rhubarb liqueur is another liqueur in our organic fruit liqueur range. It is characterized by a high organic fruit juice content of at least 20% and an alcohol content of 15 vol%. Our organic liqueurs taste very aromatic like sun-kissed strawberries, ripe peaches or refreshingly fruity rhubarb," says Heinz Spitz.
With its fruity and refreshing rhubarb aroma, the new organic liqueur tastes great on ice, in cocktails, with fresh strawberries or as a sprizz with sparkling wine and ice cubes. A typical summer drink. To preserve the full aroma, Bio Manufaktur Spitz has bottled the organic liqueur unfiltered in 500ml and 100ml bottles.
The new organic liqueur is only available while stocks last, as the quantity of good organic raw materials is limited. New organic liqueurs are developed in the family business in collaboration with employees and customers. Only when everyone is satisfied does a new organic liqueur go on sale.
Heinz Spitz explains: "Our organic products are multi-sensory. They appeal to the nose, mouth, eye and mind. The enjoyment of our drinks is multi-layered and highly complex. The creation of a new product takes months and if it is not convincing, it will not be sold."
There is a lot of experience in organic spirits. Over the past 5 years, Bio Manufaktur Spitz has received 27 awards for its products at international tastings.
