Stuttgart, April 22, 2024: AREALCONTROL GmbH, a leading provider of innovative telematics solutions, announced the launch of its new solution for "Corporate Carsharing". The future of corporate car sharing has arrived! With an innovative telematics system that requires only two small devices, vehicle management for companies, associations, clubs and closed user groups is revolutionized. The OBD tracker and the black box make it possible to quickly upgrade any vehicle within a few minutes. Bookings and the electronic logbook are conveniently managed via an app that is seamlessly connected to the telematics portal in the private cloud.

The benefits for users, companies and fleet management are numerous:

For users:

* Ease of use: The intuitive app makes booking and managing vehicles child's play.
* Transparency and security: An electronic logbook provides an accurate record of every journey, ensuring maximum transparency and security for both users and the company and is suitable for any form of billing.
* Flexibility: With a wide range of vehicles available, users can choose the right vehicle for their needs without being tied to fixed times or locations.

For companies:

* Cost efficiency: by optimizing vehicle usage and reducing idle time, companies can achieve significant cost savings. Vehicle use is no longer possible without booking by authorized users. Keyword misuse and theft.
* Resource optimization: The telematics system enables precise monitoring of the vehicle fleet and efficient use of resources through online scheduling.
* Environmental friendliness: The reduction of vehicles in the fleet through optimized use helps to reduce the ecological footprint.
* Organizational effort: Significant reduction in administrative effort, in particular key management and key issue and return are completely eliminated.

For fleet management:

* Easy integration: thanks to the minimal hardware requirements and seamless integration into the existing infrastructure, implementation of the telematics system is quick and straightforward.
* Comprehensive data analysis: The telematics portal offers extensive analysis options to closely monitor and optimize vehicle usage, costs and efficiency.
* Automation of processes: Automated management of bookings, vehicle allocations and billing significantly reduces administrative work and allows fleet management to focus on strategic tasks.

"We thus offer every pool fleet a solution that virtually manages itself," says Ulric Rechtsteiner, Managing Director of AREALCONTROL GmbH, adding "the fleet management only has to deal with special cases, such as when vehicles report error messages or inspection requirements online."

The new telematics system marks a milestone in the development of corporate car sharing and promises an efficient, cost-effective and environmentally friendly solution for companies, organizations and businesses of all sizes. The complete set is priced at around € 450-500 per vehicle. There is no assembly in the literal sense.
