AREALCONTROL presents digital innovations at NUFAM 2025

Telematics, AI and automation for fleet, service and logistics

Stuttgart/Karlsruhe, 16 September 2025 - Stuttgart-based AREALCONTROL GmbH will be presenting new solutions for the digital transformation of fleets and service organizations at this year's NUFAM in Karlsruhe (25-28 September). The company has specialized in telematics, fleet management and mobile applications for many years. The brand "All You Can Fleet ©" shows the claim. With its innovations, AREALCONTROL combines practical digitalization with artificial intelligence, automation and smart hardware.

The trade fair presentation will focus on five key areas:

ArealPilot 360° app with AI tour optimization
The further development of the in-house app supports service teams, logistics and distribution fleets in the automated planning and optimization of routes. AI-supported algorithms reduce the workload of dispatchers and drivers and increase efficiency in day-to-day business.

Machine learning for predictive maintenance
AREALCONTROL's telematics portal uses machine learning methods to predict maintenance and inspection cycles. Fleet operators benefit from reduced downtimes and optimized utilization of their vehicle and machine fleet.

Automated fleet management & workshop 4.0
By connecting OBD, FMS and CAN data in real time, fleets can manage their vehicles transparently. One new feature is the telematics box, which independently recognizes "vehicle dialects" and automatically adjusts its configuration - a clear step towards the automation of workshop processes.

Co-tracking via BLE tags
Not only vehicles, but also accessories, tools or mobile work equipment can be tracked via BLE tags. The solution reports the location of the last vehicle used in which the equipment was carried. This avoids the inconvenience of searching for or forgetting work equipment.

Optimized Android end devices for field service
In addition to software solutions, AREALCONTROL also presents specially optimized smartphones and tablets (6" and 8") designed for tough use in the field. Devices and accessories have been developed in cooperation with partners in Asia for over ten years and are used worldwide.
