Conectys wins Gold Stevie® award at the 2016 Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service
The awards were presented to honorees during a gala, on Friday, March 4 at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas. More than 60 members of several specialized judging committees determined the Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award placements from among the Finalists during final judging earlier this month.
Conectys is proud to be the recipient of the esteemed Gold Stevie award at its first participation to the event. Conectys was recognised for its outcome centred, global operational model and track record in facilitating and accelerating international growth for challenger brands and blue-chip companies. Its unique blend of proprietary, Business Process as a Service technology for real-time Customer Satisfaction measurement, workforce and forecasting automation, multilingual service delivery in over 35 languages and analytics has elevated customer service from a necessity to a clear opportunity for clients to drive brand awareness and growth.
With a double-digit growth in revenue (31%), headcount (58.4%) and seats throughout 2015, the inauguration of a second operational centre in Romania and continued progress across all its operational locations, Conectys is invested in providing its clients with the latest people, process and technology stacks, complete with its proprietary Business Process as a Service platform (ConectysOS). Conectys’ people-focused company culture is another aspect of Conectys that impressed the judges. The training and career advancement opportunities offered by the company are rounded off by community-oriented CSR initiatives and a special “Friends & Family” atmosphere that has had a positive impact on contact centre development also reflected in Conectys’ results for 2015.
Arnold Cobbaert, CEO, represented Conectys at the Stevie Awards Gala in Las Vegas. “We are pleased to receive the most prestigious distinction at the 2016 Stevie Awards and we will continue to drive value for our global clients by shifting outsourcing models from their legacy “black box” configuration to a collaborative and open Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) paradigm.” he said, adding that “A very big “thank you” goes to our amazing Customers Conectysians all over the world.”
