CharityBuzz is now holding online auctions for tickets to Bruce Springsteen concerts in 18 cities such as Chicago, Philadelphia, Toronto and NYC. Bruce Springsteen is the singer and songwriter, famous for a number of billboard-climbing hits including “Born in the USA” and “Dancing in the Dark” as well as the Oscar-winning song “Streets of Philadelphia.” His new album “Magic” will be released on Oct 2, 2007. The Bruce Springsteen ticket auction will benefit the Kristen Ann Carr Fund and Musicians On Call.
The Kristen Ann Carr Fund works to improve the lives of cancer patients, especially adolescents and young adults. The organization also provides funding for research and treatment of Sarcoma – an often overlooked type of Cancer, and also grants funding for the education of young physicians.
Musicians On Call brings live and recorded music to the bedsides of patients – hoping to heal all types of illnesses through musical inspiration. Since it’s beginning, Musicians On Call has volunteered services to over 88,000 individuals.
Bidders for the Bruce Springsteen ticket auction can choose a specific concert in the city of their choice and place a maximum bid online. Winners have a choice of a pair of general admission tickets in the pit or a pair of tickets in the first tier depending on the venue specifications.
