NHS (National Health Service) Withdraws Cheap Sale of 'Unwanted' Disposable Thatcham Land - after nearby Land and Lake goes on Sale for £500000.

NHS will not be selling it's Cheap Disposable Land in Reading and Thatcham amidst Local (Land and Lake) Property Price Increases.
A designated spokesman for the NHS said : "Our previous estimated Sale Price concerning Thatcham was hugely below the Average Market Value. Appropriate adjustments will need to be made before going forward. To this effect , There are no plans to sell Any NHS Land which was previously classified as being 'disposable' - either in Reading or in Thatcham."
The NHS , last year , had publicly published a large number of plots which were due to be sold for Residential Housing Construction in February 2023. Commercial Developers would have then use the Land to Build Lots (and Lots) of Affordable Houses.
A totally different NHS spokesperson (additionally) said: "The site at 3-5 Craven Road was sold in the previous financial year and all monies raised from the sale were reinvested back into the provision of services across the Trust. The buildings at Craven Road had exceeded their economic life and services were relocated to Erleigh House, which has recently benefited from a multi-million pound re-fit to ensure it reflects modern healthcare design principles and service models. There are no plans to sell any of the other sites in Reading or Thatcham. 25 Erleigh Road is still very much in use by the Trust and we are currently exploring schemes which support the Net Zero Carbon agenda for the grazing land at West Berkshire Community Hospital."
Although the NHS would not publicly disclose any concrete figures - it is widely believed that the Site in Thatcham (alone) is now said to be Worth Many Times the Previous Estimate of around £1000000 (A Million Pounds) or so. According to its latest report , the NHS has now also categorised it's Thatcham Site as being an "Opportunity" for sale in 2023-2025. This is defined as a plot "which could be declared surplus by the Landowner (and disposal strategy developed) subject to identified issues or constraints being resolved."
