Property abroad: Costa Blanca property sales increase
Over 50,000 Costa Blanca property sales will take place over next decadeThe thirst for Spanish property on the Costa Blanca in Spain has grown enormously over the past two years. It has recently been revealed that Costa Blanca builders are jointly raising their hopes for the future, after a study found that there will be yet another increase in the sales of apartments in the area over the next ten years. The study, which was based on actual demand, revealed that over the next ten years, some 50,000 apartments would be sold either as a holiday home or secondary residence over the next ten years.
Costa Blanca property Prices, according to the study, are expected to even out next year, whilst four out of every ten units sold would be either to the British or the Germans looking for property abroad, as both these nationalities appear to be governing the future of real estate on the Costa Blanca, with 66% of the foreigners preferring Costa Blanca property above all other locations in Spain, where 200,000 euros can buy an exceptional property.
