HAUNTED PENTHOUSE SUITE OPENS IN HISTORIC JEROME HOTEL; OWNERS ISSUE DARING ADVICE TO GUESTS

JEROME, Arizona: The Haunted Group hospitality group, known for putting Jerome and Cottonwood "on the map" as Northern Arizona tourism destinations, announces that the new "Haunted Penthouse" suite has opened for bookings at The Clinkscale Hotel, Bar + Grill in Jerome. Owners of the building issue daring advice to guests: Only book a stay if you are prepared to have encounters of a paranormal nature.

The new Haunted Penthouse features two queen bedrooms, one bathroom, a full kitchen, dining room, and living room, as well as a grand terrace with a stunning mile-high view. Spanning over 1,000 square feet, the suite features modern decor, high-end fixtures, plush bedding, and more. Up to four guests can comfortably enjoy this space, taking in the 180° view from Mingus Mountain to the San Francisco Peaks, with Sedona's world-famous red rocks in between.

The suite, located at 410 Clark Street, sits above the famous Haunted Hamburger, recently named the #1 Burger Restaurant in Arizona by Ranking Arizona. Opened in 1994, The Haunted Hamburger is a centerpiece of the revitalization of the mountain town of Jerome and boasts mile-high views, delicious food, and "boos." The building is well known for Jerome's famous paranormal activities. While the Haunted Penthouse suite is located adjacent to the main Clinkscale building, all hotel amenities remain available to guests.

The Haunted Group owners, Eric and Michelle Jurisin, warn that the Haunted Hamburger earned its name for a reason and that stories of hauntings in the building are not a marketing ploy. While experiences can not be guaranteed, guests who book a stay in the Haunted Penthouse should be prepared to experience encounters of a paranormal nature during their visit.

"The 'Haunted Penthouse' is a dream-turned-reality," says Haunted Group owner, Eric Jurisin. "For years, we have wanted to give the public a glimpse into what really happens in this building when the lights go off and the kitchen closes. Our haunts have become so ingrained in The Haunted Hamburger story, but most guests will never encounter them in a busy restaurant. We're excited to share with the public why some of our employees refuse to lock up the building alone at night."
