Trainer/Instructor View takes virtual training to a new level.

Desktop-as-a-Service service deskMate, which specializes in virtual training environments, now offers its customers a revolutionary Trainer/Instructor View that allows trainers/instructors to control participants' training desktops.
In virtual environments, especially for exercise-intensive training, trainers often don't have the ability to see the participants' environment. The typical trainer's tour of the classroom that is common in classroom training is not possible virtually. The trainer does not see when participants have problems and can therefore only react late, if at all.
With the new trainer/instructor view of the deskMate remote training desktops this is now different. Here the trainer has all desktops of the participants in one view. He can zoom in on individual desktops, switch to a participant's desktop with a single click if necessary and provide support. This desktop can also be shared with other participants and the problem and solution explained to all.
This bird's eye view of all desktops, as well as the ability to easily present a desktop to the other participants, greatly increases the efficiency and ultimately the customer satisfaction of a training session. The trainer is thus even closer to his participants, even though they may be sitting hundreds of kilometers away in front of their terminals.
The use of the trainer/lecturer view is included in the deskMate remote training desktops at no additional cost. These virtual training desktops are primarily used to hold exercise-intensive software training sessions independent of location and end device. The software to be trained is pre-installed on the virtual training computers. The participants only need an HTML browser to work with the software to be trained.

The deskMate remote training desktops are charged according to the pay-as-you-use model. This means that costs are only incurred when training sessions actually take place. A long-term contract commitment is not necessary, so that training organizations can react flexibly to changes.
