Press release from: ALPHA GmbH

The customs union of Russia – Kazakhstan – Belarus launched new guidelines and standards that complicate the export of goods, engines and the approval of equipment.

On 15/02/2013, the “Technical Regulations for Machinery and Equipment” entered into force and they imply new compulsory requirements for the export: “Thus, the application of the TR CU and the EX GOST TR certificate is required to be carried out by a legal person that is based in the customs’ union territory. The certifications are valid for a maximum of five years”, summarizes the director of the company, Dr Thomas Krause. The compliance of additional specific characteristics is obligatory: “Based on the new Technical Regulations it is strictly required to acquaint oneself with the particular laws as the terms of liability have changed. And these are only two of the requirements that need to be regarded”, Dr Krause emphasizes in the interview.

As a future-oriented and innovative company, ALPHA provides a specialized consulting according to the new regulations of the custom union and supports its clients with all necessary proofs and documents. A legally compliant, cost-effective and costumer-oriented consulting service is essential for ALPHA: Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus are three of the main target countries of the company.

The portfolio of ALPHA contains all the certifications such as GOST, TR / CU, the approval of measuring instruments, Ex-Proof-Certifications and technical passes according to GOST. Furthermore, the company provides the expert reports for industrial safety RTN and the used materials, acquaints its clients with the process of acceptance inspection RTN and the clearance certificate RTN. Aside from that, the company offers the commissioning permits GospromNadzor, GosgortechNadzor and RostechNadzor.
