Technical Highlights
The customer required the product to be manufactured strictly in accordance with Russian Standard GOST 21646 LO-70-1, covering chemical composition, heat treatment, and mechanical properties. The client specifically noted that a previous batch of tubes purchased from another Chinese supplier failed acceptance in Kazakhstan due to inconsistent chemical composition.
To ensure 100% compliance and performance reliability, EZ STEEL arranged a dedicated smelting batch exclusively for this order. The alloy's precise composition is carefully controlled, as detailed below:

Commercial Progress
After multiple rounds of discussion, the client decided to visit our copper tube casting, extrusion, and drawing workshops in early August for a technical inspection. Following the visit, they confirmed the quality and production capability of EZ Metals and placed an initial 19-ton order as the first batch.
Given the client's tight delivery schedule of 25 days, our production and scheduling teams coordinated closely to ensure timely delivery. As of September 22, 2025, part of the finished tubes have already been packed and prepared for shipment.
