- Articles featured in July included a Michelle Edwards article on charitable knitting that ran in the 7/6/07 issue. On 7/19/07, Michelle Edwards had a fascinating article on "Knitting Needles and Broomsticks" on the world of knitting in the Harry Potter books. Also in the 7/19/07 were photographs of a number of Harry Potter inspired knitting and crochet projects that were sent in by readers. The 7/27/07 newsletter included tips from Jackie Smyth in the Lion Brand design department for making two simple patterns for beautiful afghans.
- Patterns featured in July included a crocheted summer tunic and a tank top that ran in the 7/6/07 issue. The 7/19/07 issue included a "Knit Ruffled Stole" and a "Crochet Speed Hook Shawl".
